For customers who have already purchased the item when they were in Pre-order status and now it becomes in stock within two weeks from today, or still in Pre-Order status when it was in its original price, please don't worry! We'd glad to announce that your account will be issued a certain amount of store credit automatically! Normally this store credit is the amount difference between your purcahsed price and the current discount price! This is to express our appreciation to our customers!

If you have found that your purchased 3A products meet the requirement, but somehow you didn't receive the store credit, then please feel free to email us to info@7-hobby.com, we will issue you the store credit ASAP!

The store credit can be used on any of our listing products, including both IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER items!
